Complimentary consultation
Book a virtual or in-person consult at our Mortlake studio. We'll get a feel for your style and goals, find out what you already know about lab-grown vs. natural diamonds and gemstones, timelines and budget. Quote estimates follow once we understand your vision.

Finding Your Stone
Once you're ready to move forward, we take a deposit and begin sourcing options, each one vetted for cut and proportion against your goals, with photos and video sent through as we go. In-person viewing is available if you're in Sydney, and sourcing can take anywhere from 3 days to 6 months.
Every stone we source is independently certified, laser-inscribed, and available lab-grown or natural.

Bringing It to Life
Once your stone is confirmed, we start designing your piece — straight to 3D CAD if you know what you want, or 2–3 hand-sketched concepts first if you're still exploring. Every design becomes a photorealistic 3D render — the exact model we use to craft your ring, so what you see is what you get. 3D printing is available on request.

In the Making
Once your design is finalised, it moves into the hands of our jewellers — shaped, set, and finished using techniques passed down over 35 years.
Ready in 6 weeks, crafting begins with a 50% deposit or your stone purchase — let us know if you're working to a date, and we'll do what we can to meet it.

The Reveal
When your piece is ready, you can collect it in person at our Sydney studio — where we'll make a moment of it and answer any last questions — or have it delivered securely, fully insured, straight to your door.

BESPOKE (from $7,500 AUD) — A fully custom piece, designed around your story from inspiration or a blank page. You'll work directly with us on stone sourcing, sketches or CAD, and a photorealistic render before we craft your piece using techniques passed down over 35 years.
SIGNATURE COLLECTION — Featuring designs under $7,500, our online collection features ready-made designs, crafted by the same in-house jewellers as our bespoke pieces.
Yes, we specialise in transforming outdated or unworn jewellery into modern pieces you'll love. We can repurpose your old gold and gemstones into completely new designs that honour the sentimental value while matching your current style.

Absolutely. For local clients, we arrange in-person viewings of selected diamonds. For interstate or international clients, we provide detailed videos and images of your diamond options alongside their certification, ensuring you can make a confident choice regardless of your location.
We work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds. During your consultation, we'll talk you through how each compares in cost, rarity, and origin, so you can choose what's right for you.
We specialise in champagne and white diamonds. If you're drawn to another coloured stone, let us know at your consultation and we'll explore what's possible.
SIGNATURE COLLECTION - Production takes 5-6, made to order by the same in-house jewellers behind our bespoke work. Because there's no design phase to work through, it will take 6 weeks from order to delivery.
BESPOKE - Crafting takes 5-6 weeks once your design is finalised. Sourcing your stone is where the timeline flexes — anywhere from a few days to six months, depending on what you're after. Most of our clients take 8-12 weeks from initial consultation to collection.
Aftercare service
We provide complimentary professional cleaning and inspection of your bespoke jewellery at any time. Regular inspections help maintain the integrity of your piece and prevent stone loss or metal wear.
We provide complimentary professional polishing for yellow and rose gold pieces.
For white gold pieces, we offer complimentary rhodium plating services within the first 12 month of purchase.
We offer one complimentary resizing (2 sizes up or down) within the first 12 months of purchase. Additional resizing will be available at a reduced rate for bespoke customers.
For any damage due to wear and tear, we provide repair services at a special rate for bespoke clients. If your piece requires restoration, we will provide a detailed quote before proceeding.
